Yes, I updated my htaccess rules so that all my old content from http://www.tshin.com/~dan is redirected to this blog, including the RSS feeds, so feedreaders consider it new content. You can probably update your RSS feed URL, although it might not be necessary, as it’s an automatic redirect. More details in my upcoming post, but in short, I’ve migrated to WordPress from MovableType and had to do a lot of internal housekeeping. Glad you’re still following!

The strangest thing is that my RSS reader picked up these posts, but I *just* noticed that these were dated way back in 2007! Oops. Hope the last 3 years treated you well (or at least was a few years of good learning experiences).

Hey, thanks! It has been 9 years, actually. I’m just starting to blog again, after a hiatus of almost 3 years. My newest post is being drafted and will be published in a day or two. So, the welcome is a a nice advance one!

I’m seeking your advice about digital camera prices. I want to buy a new digital Canon camera. I’m currently living in Cambodia, where the cost of a new 400D is $1,145US. I can buy the same camera in Canada for $1,000CA (or roughly $880US). I was wondering if I might be able to purchase this camera cheaper in another country in Southeast Asia — Thailand or Singapore, for instance. I’d be most grateful for your assistance.

Hi Dan, it was good hearing from you again. Office 2007 is being used internally at MS by most employees already. I’ve been using it and I’m happy with it. Outlooks got built in feed readers so you may not need Newsgator anymore. I prefer web-based readers still.
I was in London a few weeks ago and funny thing, I ran into Craig kind of randomly.
